We walk patiently these streets now paved in glass. This soil was virgin not long ago. What we once built forgot about its ergonomy. Our dying breed screamed to be perpetuated. Once we had homes, they expelled us forcibly (they were inhospitable anyway). Distilled, scattered clusters are our only refuge. Lunar beaches are the final residue of our greed, which will not cease to devour. Powerless tyrants rule this sand, it is said to bury wealths, yet they cannot penetrate it.
