[ENGLISH VERSION BELOW]

A zwycięzcę oczywiście wybierze publika.

Ale to nie wszystko. Clash będzie znakomicie nagłośniony, bo z samych Czech razem z FMP przyjeżdża 10kW sound system. Skorzystamy też z przestrzeni przed klubem i bedzie można zjeść - i mięsnie i wegetariańsko.

Soundclash is back in Wroclaw after 3 years absence and it's gonna be bigger than ever!

We've been traveling all around Europe playing clashes and juggling dances and we observed how things are done. Thanks to these experiences, ideas have been growing in us and we have come to a decision to do something big in our own yard. Of course our previous events like the first edition of the Melting Pot clash and all the editions of South Clash in Krakow can be seen as crucial for Polish soundsystem scene, but for the past few years it's been quiet over here. To change things around we bring to you a concept of Eastern European Soundclash WEEKENDer – a two days event concentrated on soundkilling only. Of course, as the name itself suggests, we're keeping the idea of Melting Pot alive and we're keeping it strictly Eastern European. Yes, we're keeping soundclash alive here!

So what's gonna happen? First of all the date – Soundclash WEEKENDer is gonna take place on 6-7. May in ToTu in Wroclaw/Poland. The first day will be a nice warm up before the main event on Saturday and we'll gonna have an all night long dubplate appreciation dance featuring the host of the event - Splendid Sound, the two sounds that clashed the last time at Melting Pot – Sensithief from Lublin and Forward March Posse from Prague/Czech Rep and our special guest from Innsbruck/Austria - Invasion Sound. This night you'll be able to hear everything that's not played in regular dances or clashes as well as some big tunes that mash up every dance. Be sure the sounds gonna dig deep deep in their dubboxes and a lot of exclusive dubs from every corner of the world will play. And yes, we call it friendly fire, but everytime there is fire somebody can get burn so anything can happen...

After a starter, the main dish follows and this is gonna be the second edition of the Melting Pot Clash on Saturday, the 7th May. This time we invited 3 sounds from 3 different Eastern European countries – Tun Up Sound from Wroclaw/Poland, Roccaflex from Prague/Czech Rep. and Exotic Times from Pula/Croatia. There are a lot of differences between them – experience, musical style, origin – but each of them is ready to step up in the arena. The clash will consist of 5 rounds and your hear anything – '45s and dubplates, singers and djs and speeches with a lot of arguments on top! At the end of the night it is of course the massive in the dance that decides the winner.

On top of all that, we have some extras. The first and most important is the fact that the sound will be PROPER. Forward March Posse is bringing their 10kW super crisp sound system all the way from Prague and will make sure these two days turn out to be a musical feast. There will also be good quality food for both meateaters and vegetarians so you'll have an option to restore energy when you get tired. And lastly, there's gonna be something to dring – we ain't called the Strongest Eastern Spirit for no reason! We're gonna have a few different types of quality Czech beer, some liquor and some soft driks as well – everything in fair prices, cause we are fair people. Is there anything missing?

Clash rules:
1. 15 min – '45 round
2. 10 min – '45 round
3. 10 min – '45 round / singers only
4. 10 min – 100% dubplates round
5. Dub fi dub – 5 dubplates each sound

We don't give points for winning rounds. There will be a vote after the 4th round to decide which sounds qualify for the dub fi dub and one after the dub fi dub is over to decide the winner of the clash (no points given for particular tunes). The vote is done by rising hands and the final decision about the result is up to the host (Kotune).

The time starts when the MC speaks first word or the first song starts to play. If the time ends when the song plays, we let it end instead of stopping it in the middle.

Let the best sound win!
