KHROMA (Finland)

"Stasis" (release date 01.04.2016), Khroma’s sophomore album and multi-faceted yet highly focused effort, sees the Helsinki, Finland based electro-metal group rise to the next level artistically, lyrically and politically, once again commenting on the state of our ever-widening digital environment, where access to technology can further disengage uneven power structures. Stasis is no more the norm.

From the enraged opening track ”Brace Yourself” to the harrowing anthem ”Wrong” and the epic conclusion ”Alarmists”, Khroma continues to push the boundaries of electronic alternative metal, a genre they reclaimed with their debut album Collapse in 2014. Instead of merely exploiting electronic influences or interludes, Stasis manifests the full synthesis of machine and man, live instrumentations entwined over its electronic core.

Written, produced, engineered and mixed by the band in their Helsinki and Berlin headquarters, Stasis is also the result of a tremendous independently achieved group effort. Following the release of the album Khroma will embark on an extensive one-month European tour, the longest the band has done so far.

Since 2003, Colapso (Quito, Ecuador), has explored the sounds of extreme metal with an innovative and original style, earning themselves a privileged spot in the Ecuadorian scene. Colapso has shared the stage with the first rate rock and metal acts, both local and international, and has played the most important festivals and venues around the country.

Through their music, lyrics and visual art, Colapso manifests a particular vision of the world and music, as well as a constant struggle to communicate this vision with the highest level of quality.

Their most recent album ”Portales” (2015), displays a band that has reached the maturity and power necessary to reach people anywhere in the world.

HECTIC (3City)

A history of band, known today as Hectic, begins in 2008, when two friends had decided to start a music project and compose together. For almost 2 years the band was just a brief plan until two other members joined in. A real beginning of their performing career took place in 2010 during "Fresh Blood Metal Fest" held in Gdynia, Poland. From that day not only the line-up has changed, but also their music style. After the departure of former vocalist Hectic have directed into more melodic playing. Year 2013 gave them a lot. They have recorded their debut album entitled "Exis to Burn". All the work has been finished between August and September 2013 in Sounds Great Promotion studio in Gdynia by Kuba Mańkowski and Jan Galbas. The effect of their cooperation was able to suit the needs of the most demanding listeners. Whole album cointains heaviness and very characteristic for the band play of melody classified later as melodic death metal/metalcore.
