Run the Jewels opublikowali teledysk do numeru "Ooh LA LA".

"Ooh LA LA" to zapowiedź czwartej płyty Run the Jewels. Brian i Vanessa Beletic wyreżyserowali klip tuż przed wybuchem pandemii koronawirusa. W klipie zagrali Zack de la Rocha, DJ Premier oraz Greg Nice z Nice & Smooth. W numerze wykorzystano sample Grega Nice'a z numeru Gang Starr "DWYCK".

Killer Mike i El-P wcześniej podzielili się numerem "Yankee and the Brave (ep. 4)" z albumu "RTJ4".

Poprzednie wydawnictwo duetu "Run the Jewels 3" pochodzi z grudnia 2016 roku.
