Po "Rolling in the Deep" Adele, artystka zamieściła w świeci swoją interpretację "I Will Survive" Glorii Gaynor. W swoją przeróbkę utworu z 1978 roku, 72-letnia gwiazda wplotła fragment "Survivor" Destiny's Child. Numeru można posłuchać pod tym adresem.

Płyta "Aretha Franklin Sings the Great Diva Classics" ukaże się 20 października. W zestawie znajdą się także nowe wersje utworów Gladys Knight ("Midnight Train to Georgia"), Barbry Streisand ("People"), Whitney Houston ("I'm Every Woman"), Supremes ("You Keep Me Hangin' On") czy Alicii Keys ("No One").

W realizacji dzieła udział brał Clive Davis. Producentami są Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds i Andre 3000. Wydawcą będzie RCA.

Dorobek Arethy Franklin zamyka zestaw "Aretha: A Woman Falling Out Of Love" z marca 2011 roku.
