Grupa Run the Jewels wydała krążek "Meow the Jewels".

Tworzący duet El-P i Killer Mike przygotowali zestaw, który zawiera utwory z ich drugiego albumu, "RTJ2", w nietypowych remiksach. W realizacji nowych piosenek raperzy wykorzystali mianowicie dźwięki wydawane przez koty. Pomogło im w tym imponujące grono gości, wśród których znaleźli się Just Blaze, Geoff Barrow z Portishead, Blood Diamonds, Boots, Zola Jesus, The Alchemist czy 3D z Massive Attack.

Pieniądze na płytę zebrane zostały w ramach kampanii crowdfundingowej. "Meow the Jewels" dostępne jest pod tym adresem.
