Po raz pierwszy w historii Festiwalu Eufonie: zapraszamy na dźwiękowo- przestrzenną instalację!
Jej autor zainspirował się śpiewem żydowskich kantorów, których oratoryjne pieśni towarzyszą rabinom podczas praktyk religijnych i żałobnikom w czasie uroczystości pogrzebowych.
Do dialogu z tym bogatym dorobkiem zaprosiliśmy jednego z najwybitniejszych przedstawicieli sound artu – dziedziny sztuki, w której dźwięk stanowi główny środek artystycznego wyrazu. Swoją instalację zaprezentuje Alvin Curran – kompozytor, performer, improwizator.
19 listopada zapraszamy do Centrum Kreatywności Targowa na wernisaż wystawy z udziałem autora.

For the first time in the history of the Eufonie Festival: we invite you to a sound and spatial installation!
Its author was inspired by the singing of Jewish cantors, whose oratorio songs accompany rabbis during religious practices and mourners during funeral ceremonies.
We have invited one of the most outstanding representatives of sound art, a field of art in which sound is the main means of artistic expression, to participate in a dialogue with this rich oeuvre. Alvin Curran, composer, performer and improviser, will present his installation.
On 19 November, we invite you to the Creativity Centre Targowa to the vernissage with the participation of the author.
Registration is required at eufonie@nck.pl.
The number of seats is limited.
The exhibition will be open to visitors from 20 to 27 November.
The event is co-organized by the Adam Mickiewicz Institute and the National Centre for Culture.
